DRIPPING HISTORY (AND A BREAK FROM THE SUSPENSE)
Anyone needing a break from watching or surfing the election coverage can take a step back in time today at the Dr. Pound Pioneer Farmstead Historical Museum from noon to 3:00PM. The museum is located on five acres cleared 150 years ago to make way for a log cabin for one of Dripping's founders, Dr. Pound and his family. This same log cabin remains there today and is now the heart of the home that eventually sprawled into a six-room house. Docents are on hand to describe early events and activities and answer your questions. The museum is open every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday except in December when it is closed.
